All of our cutting and charcuterie boards are first treated with food grade mineral oil, followed by a board conditioner. The board conditioner is a blend of mineral oil, carnauba wax and bees wax. With each board you will receive a small jar of board conditioner so as to reapply finish after extended use. Click the “cutting board care” link on our home page for refinish instructions.
